Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using the Flōw Framer template, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the template.
These terms apply to all purchases made through the Framer Marketplace and any direct purchases of the Flōw template.
What You Can Do
Your purchase of Flōw grants you a non-exclusive, commercial license to use the template. You are permitted to:
Use the template for your own personal or business website
Use the template for client projects — as many clients as you like
Modify, customize, and adapt the template to suit your needs
Use the template as a starting point for new designs
Use the template in commercial projects that generate revenue
What You Cannot Do
The following uses are strictly prohibited under this license:
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template as a standalone product
Share the Framer remix link publicly or with anyone who has not purchased
Claim the template as your own original design work
Upload the template to other marketplaces without written permission
Create derivative templates for resale based on Flōw's design system
Remove or alter any copyright notices embedded in the template
Intellectual Property
Flōw and all its visual assets, design decisions, component structures, and written content remain the intellectual property of the Flōw team. Your purchase grants you a license to use the template — it does not transfer ownership.
The Flōw name, logo, and brand identity are protected. You may not use them to represent your own products or services.
Updates and Support
All Flōw purchases include free updates forever. When new sections, pages, or components are added, all existing buyers receive access at no additional cost.
Support is provided via email and is available to all buyers. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours on business days. Support covers template-related questions — it does not include general Framer training or custom development work.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the template has been accessed or remixed in Framer.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the template, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue first.
Refund requests submitted before accessing the template will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Flōw is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the template will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every browser or device configuration.
We are not responsible for any issues that arise from Framer platform changes, third-party integrations, or modifications made to the template by the buyer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Flōw team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the template — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the template.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the template after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
